Listing Submission & Approval Criteria

Standards designed to maintain the exclusivity of our portfolio

Every listed property must be located within the territory of the Slovak Republic.

a. Land & Plots

  • Area: min. 2,000 m²
  • Terrain: Flat / Gentle slope
  • Utilities: Min. water & electricity connected
  • Location: Metropolitan / Prime tourist area

b. Apartment / Penthouse

Floor Area: Min. 50 m²

Must meet at least 4 key benefits:

  • City center (within 5 km radius)
  • Recognized premium tourist destination
  • Airport proximity (within 25 km)
  • Min. 4th floor with panoramic view
  • Large terrace / loggia (min. 10 m²)
  • High-end luxury finishes
  • Min. 2x private parking spaces

c. Family Villa / Estate

Living Area: Min. 150 m²

The same quality standards apply as for apartments (at least 4 identical benefits: prime location, accessibility, luxury execution, parking capacity, etc.).
